Journeying the Feminine - a Full Moon Ceremony to connect with your feminine essence
Two days before the Full Moon Aquarius we meet in the lush environment of Yoga Scheune in Meilen for a journey in and through your feminine energy. Through movement, breathwork, meditation and dance we will move through the different layers of femininity.

About the workshop
Feet deeply rooted on the wooden floor, womb relaxed, I will guide you back to the seat of your feminine energy, letting you arrive in your body and into deep grounding. Expect a new-found connecting to your womb and root.
Womb and feet rooted, we’ll gently start opening up the heart through breathwork, a space holding practice and gentle self-massage. Allow yourself to feel it all (to heal it all) and hear the soft whispers of your heart.
From this space I will support you in activating your sensuality and tapping into your sexual energy through a Tao-Tantric meditation and my all time favorite: sensual dance.
We’ll close the evening with a full moon release ritual by the fire.
