There is no season for me that is more beautiful to connect to your feminine essence as autumn. It’s an invitation to come home, to root your feet deep into the soil, to feel your inherent connection to mama gaia, and to connect to the deeply feminine cycle of life/death/life (as described by Clarissa Pinkola Estés).

It also is the time that calls us to take inventory, check in with what is working for us, what not, and let it all go.
