There is no season for me that is more beautiful to connect to your feminine essence as autumn. It’s an invitation to come home, to root your feet deep into the soil, to feel your inherent connection to mama gaia, and to connect to the deeply feminine cycle of life/death/life (as described by Clarissa Pinkola Estés).
It also is the time that calls us to take inventory, check in with what is working for us, what not, and let it all go.
Autumn might stir up a lot of shit, yet it is also a deeply potent healing portal. And this is the journey I invite you into:

Weekly journaling prompts, practices + supportive material
An intimate Facebook group to connect, share + heal with other sisters
Option 1: In person gathering 17. October in Zurich (no certificate, outdoors, 1pm for around 2 hours)
Option 2: Add a one hour healing session with Stephanie which combines Theta (subconscious) and somatic healing to support your process. Online or in person.
