We meet for weekly sessions, having one week off for integration, over the course of two months. Every session is designed to bring you deeper, and release further knots, pain and trauma from the past. This is a space that is best used if you can feel that there is one big topic that you really want to adress, and release it's burden. We can use our time to go deep into a childhood trauma, specific fears, e.g. of being abandoned, or working somatically to access your heart and womb. 

Our whole journey and sessions will be a blend of mentoring, coaching, somatic work and ThetaHealing®. You will receive supportive practices just created for you, as well as access to my self-study online courses (3). Between our sessions you can always contact me Tuesday to Friday with any questions and insecurities.

How it works

After booking you will receive an email from me to set you up. We will decide together on our weekly slot and how those sessions will be carried out.

Cancellation policy + terms of use

Sessions have to be redeemed within 3 months, and sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged by the full amount. With the nature of this offer, I do not offer refunds on coaching sessions. If you feel like the sessions are not meeting your needs, please come forward early enough and we'll find a solution that works for the both of us.
