Sensual Embrace is a women’s afternoon workshop for every woman who feels disconnected from her body and sensuality and wants to re-connect with the sensual, feminine part of herself.

This is Sensual Embrace.

An invitation to come back home to your sensual body, sacred sensuality and femininity. Throughout a full afternoon Stephanie will guide you through different practices so you can come back into your body, connect to your sensuality and feel the deliciousness of what it means to be tuned into your sensual self.

This immersion is for you if you

What to expect

Our half-day immersion is part nourishing women's circle - think a cup of rich cacao, an altar full of lush roses, a warm blanket, part sensuality workshop where you will be guided through different sensuality practices (from embodiment, to sensual dance and beginner Tao-Tantric practices) that will leave you feeling nourished, deeply relaxed and sensually awakened.

• Deep relaxation rituals + practices so you can slow down, come back to yourself and your body and truly arrive in the present moment
• Sensual movement and embodiment practices to get you into your body and tap into the sensual woman you are
• Gentle breathwork and sacral chakra activations to activate your sensual + sexual energy
• Tao-Tantric meditation where you learn to keep, move + harness your energy
• Women's ritual of beauty + appreciation to receive deeply amongst women
• Nourishing conversations + women's circle healing with a rich cup of cacao in your hands

The workshop will be held in a respectful space, honoring every woman in the room. As the workshop includes a very gentle approach to sensuality, this workshop is also suitable for women who carry sexual trauma. If you are struggling severely or are suicidal, this workshop will not be the space you need.
