Join our half-day retreat in the beautiful Intoku studio in Zurich Altstetten.

NOURISH is a safe space for 10 women to come together and receive deep nourishment for body, mind and soul – and especially your feminine essence.

This is for you if you are often on the go, doing, hustling and crave relaxation or if you already are honoring your feminine yet crave a designated time out to do so.

Stephanie creates save spaces so every woman, no matter of what background, religion or experience can feel safe, held + supported.

OPENING THE SPACE + INTENTION SETTING

We’ll gather in circle and open the space in a mindful intention setting ritual, brining you right into the present moment and into your body. Oracle cards included.

OUT OF THE MIND, INTO YOUR JUICY BODY

Non-linear movement is the nourishing food your feminine body needs: Let yourself be guided by Stephanie, as you start moving your hips, getting out of your mind and into your body. We start with a guided feminine embodiment session and then move on to pure fun, expression and a group dance session where you can let your endorphins fly high!

NOURISH YOUR HEART

Nourish your heart through connecting back to your emotions with a powerful heart-opening ritual of breath, movement, and journaling. Leave the heavy baggage behind and open up to more joy, love + lightness.

BE HELD

Women heal when they share their hearts. We will sit in circle, share and Stephanie is here to offer healing guidance if needed. Nothing is expected, everything is possible. Feel the healing power of being held by other women.

CANDLELIGHT YIN YOGA

We finish our beautiful day together with a deeply nourishing 75min long yin / restorative yoga class. Truly let go, rejuvenate and relax.

CLOSING CIRCLE + STEAM BATH

After our time together in the group you will have the opportunity to take your relaxation even further in the exclusive steam bath of the studio.

COVID MEASURES + CONDITIONS

Currently there are no regulations in effect anymore. There is no certificate needed. As we spend half a day together I invite you to do a self-test at home. The general terms + conditions apply also in those unpredictable times. There are no refunds on your ticket available. If you get tested positive within 48hrs before the event and let me know this within this timeframe, you will be able to join another comparable workshop or receive a discount for a private healing session or workshop of a different type. With booking this ticket you agree to these conditions as well as my general no refund policy.
