Autumn Equinox. The time where we let go of the old, allow seasons to change and tune in deeply within ourselves. What have you created? What can you harvest? Which dreams and wishes have been fulfilled, which is it time to let go of ?

Heart-full is an Autumn Equinox Ceremony in honor of your womb, heart and feminine essence. A powerful, nourishing a deeply feminine evening for every woman yearning to open her heart widly, receive the gifts of life and powerfully tune into her feminine radiance.

An invitation to dive deep into your heart, feel the roots growing down from your womb and tuning into the riches that reside within your radiant, beautiful feminine heart.

We are tuning into the topic of harvesting – the energetic invitation of Autumn Equinox – through the lens of feminine practice, embodiment and archetypal work.

How much can you receive? How deeply can you open your heart to feel life's riches (and griefs)? What do you need, to feel "heart-full"?

This evening is an experimental journey into the depth of your heart, the ability to receive and the grounding and rooting that you are invited to create from your womb, in one of the most enchanting locations – a rustic, hidden barn out in the Zurich Oberland countryside – I've laid my eyes upon:

🤎 ☕️ We are starting the evening in circle and with a cup of rich ceremonial cacao prepared by Nake Chocolate, which will allow you to radically tune into your heart and sensuality, allowing the cacao to open your senses and gently unlock your heart.

🌹 ♥️ Following you'll be guided into gentle yet powerful somatic practices to get into the body, connect to the womb and anchoring into your heart. You'll be guided to expand your feeling capacity and truly connect with your sweet feminine heart.

🪶 🌬 We will be diving into archetypal wisdom and poetry to dive deeper into the mystery of your heart, unlock hidden realms of it and truly connect to your feminine psyche and soul. From this space you'll be invited into silent self-inquiry and a beautiful Autumn Equinox ritual on the topic of receptivity, gratitude and harvest.

If you need a ride from Zurich or a pickup from Gutenswil or Uster, please send us an email and we'll match you with another woman on the journey. One group-pickup from Grossacher will be arranged.
