Are you ready to reclaim and remember the innate power that lies within you, as a woman?

Do you want to learn to hold your power, stay connected to it, no matter the circumstances?

Feminine Power is an invitation for women who are ready and willing to finally reclaim and remember their feminine power: rooted in their bodies, hearts and innate inner wisdom. This is a 2 hour deep dive that will take you on a journey to fully claim back your power as a woman.

After the deep dive immersion you'll get the chance to learn more about Stephanie's One Year Women's Study & Practice group.

This deep dive immersion is for the woman who wants to:

• reclaim, remember and feel her innate power as a woman residing within her
• feel soft, open and alive – yet innately powerful, strong and clear
• move through the world with conviction, guided by her inner wisdom and intuition
• leave behind the idea that only masculine energy = power and the pattern of constantly trying to be a better woman through adapting to masculine-overdrive that doesn't serve her
• learn that it is safe and powerful to lean back, soften and receive
• learn how to hold her power, no matter what, instead of collapsing and keeping herself small

Over our 2 hour intensive journey you will learn the three core principles of feminine power: aliveness, openness and containment. We will explore those three principles through powerful feminine practice, embodiment and ritual, rooted in the basics of sound, breath and movement (=embodiment). You will experience how embodiment is THE portal for a woman to step into her power, liberate her voice and true self.

The intention of our community classes

Every quarter, we want to offer a safe and accessible offer for every woman interested and intrigued by feminine practice and the work of Stephanie, as well as long-term clients and practitioners who love to practice in a big group. The majority of Stephanie's classes are only available with a long-term committment, so we want to regularly open a space for women curious as well as all of you who are not ready yet for deeper committment. The pricing is set in a way that also women without ressources are able to join. An important note on this: Offering community classes to those pricings is a gift to our community, and truly coming from the heart. These little tuition fees do merley cover location rental costs, and are not creating any income or coverage of Stephanie's work.
