Feminine Descent – A half-day immersion into your feminine depth, essence and body

Feminine Descent is an invitation for every woman who desires to, yearns to drop deep into her body, heart, womb and unlock her feminine essence and energy on a deep level.

In this half-day workshop you will be invited into powerful practice to learn to drop deeply into your lower body, womb and innate feminine wisdom residing at the core of your being. You will be guided through deep meditations, somatic practices, embodiment and Tao-Tantric activations to practically experience what it means to live from your feminine wisdom, the wisdom and power of your womb and heart, instead of your head.

This is my new signature workshop that is held in-person for women who want to start or deepen into their feminine descent journey and learn how to access, drop into and receive the wisdom of their womb. Moving from living head-based, masculine driven, to weaving with life from your feminine core.

This immersion is for every woman who yearns to drop deeper, let go of the never-ending stories in her mind, and root deep into her very unique and own wisdom.

The Feminine Descent workshop is Stephanie's signature body of work and the foundation for every woman who desires to step into a more embodied, open and radiant feminine expression.
