• Full day of feminine practice: Feminine embodiment, Tao-Tantra, nervous system regulation/relaxation, partner practices, breathwork, heart activations
• Morning & afternoon session, time for yourself in nature

• Language: English or Swiss-German, depending on sign ups

This unique opportunity includes a full day of feminine practice, deep transformation and nourishment including tea, water and snacks during the day and a healthy vegan/vegetarian lunch.
