Cancellation policies

MENTORING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By booking your 1:1 mentoring you agree to the conditions presented to you in the mentoring contract. I don’t offer refunds on my mentoring programs. If you’ve chosen a payment plan, the full amount is due in any case. Thank you for understanding. If you happen to experience a very unexpected and extreme circumstance, e.g. hospitalization, emergency surgery, there are two options:

— You can give your mentoring program to a friend who can attend in your place

— You can save your spot to do at a later time — depending on the circumstances — you have 12 months to use it; This is only applicable if communicated early enough.

SINGLE MENTORING SESSIONS + YOGA PRIVATES

There can always come something in between you and your single mentoring session or yoga private. Sessions/privates cannot be cancelled but rescheduled within a notice period of 24 hours before the actual date. There are no refunds. Sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged with the full amount.

CORPORATE EVENTS, TEACHINGS + SPEAKING

You can book me as an embodiment, femininity and or yoga teacher for your corporate event. If you need to change the amount of people, change any detail of the event or cancel your event, these terms apply:

• Cancellations: Administrational fee of CHF 200.- always applies

• Changes communicated 72 hours before the event: Adaptation of price

• Changes communicatied less than 72 hours before the event: Full price is charged

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS

 

By buying a ticket for a live class or workshop on the Stephanie Cristina Engeli website (www.stephaniecristinaengeli.com), you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of returns, cancellations, and shipping policies, detailed on this page below.

Event & Workshop Cancellations

There are no refunds on classes and workshops that cannot be attended for whatever reasons. Please always let us know early enough, so another person can take your space. For specific events we offer the option You are always welcome go give your ticket to a friend if you can’t attend.

Retreat Cancellations

For the retreat cancellation policy please refer to each policy of the respective retreat.

PRIVACY

 

If you sign up for an event, any of my free offerings or the newsletter, your email address is securely stored by Podia. It will remain safe with me and never, ever be shared with anyone else.
