You are invited to Deep Feminine Friday – our 75-minute feminine embodiment & sacred feminine arts class into the mystery, ecstasy and essence of the feminine heart.

Join Stephanie for regular feminine embodiment & sacred feminine arts classes on Friday evening – Venus Day.  The intention for this classes is to cultivate liberation, openness and freedom, opening you up to the wild feminine woman you truly are. Cultivate your feminine essence and get in touch with your sexual life force energy, creating expansion in the body, heart and soul, inviting in more flow, ease, softness and wild liberation.

Deep Feminine Friday are your practice grounds & spaces to really get into the body, into the heart and into your feminine core. Less talking, more moving, feeling and sensation.
