Feminine Embodiment Practice Session

The feminine embodiment practice sessions are 60-minute sessions where you'll be guided through various feminine energy, embodiment + tao-tantric practices to reconnect with your feminine essence.

Themes and practices vary and will be adapted to the energetic state of the group as well as the current moon phase.

This class is for you if you want to

• get in touch with your femininity
• learn simple practices to unleash your sexual energy
• heal shame and guilt around sexuality
• awaken your womb-space
• develop deeper self-love and acceptance of your feminine body
• feel like the goddess you are every damn day
• are unsure about joining other embodiment offerings and want to get a taste what it is all about

The practice sessions are suitable for every woman - no matter if advanced practitioner or new to embodiment + feminine energy work. These classes are not suitable for women who are currently in a challenging psychological state and feel suicidal, as we are engaging in energy generating + moving rituals without after-care.

What to expect in practice sessions

• A safe space to explore your feminine energy and drop into deeper embodiment
• A space where you are being held safely during your exploration + met as you are
• Practice sequence of 30-45min: Feminine embodiment; Tao-Tantric breathwork; breastmassage; yoni connection + breathing rituals; sensual dance; ritual
• Q+A at the end of the class for integration
